At Boss Dog® Brands, we strive to provide your pet with wholesome foods they are sure to love and enjoy. Beyond the creation of amazing meals, did you know we also go above and beyond in the name of homeless animals? We support animal welfare organizations with the same passion and mission that we run this company. From monetary donations to participation at local rescue events, we donate as a way to say thank you to the people who work tirelessly on behalf of the nation’s homeless dogs, cats and critters.
Share your passion for pets
We know our customers share our same values. That’s why we always use the festive giving of the holidays to remind everyone that now is a great time to give to your favorite animal shelter, rescue, or pet-centered nonprofit. There are so many organizations that are doing life-saving work or working hard to strengthen the human-animal bond on shoe string budgets.
Boss Dog® Charitable Giving
Since our company started in 2018, we have been proud to support more than a dozen nonprofit groups throughout the country. An organization we have been particularly proud to partner with is 4Life Animal Rescue. Located in Orange County, Calif. this organization rescues abandoned dogs from the streets and those at risk at shelters that still euthanize for space. Their efforts are truly a labor of love. Another organization that we are honored to work with is Friends of Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). One of Arizona’s largest no kill animal shelters, PACC takes in more than a thousand animals every month and has a live release rate of more than 90 percent. Boss Dog Brand recently donated 400 frozen yogurt treats to PACC so their four-legged residents could get a break from kibble.
In October Boss Dog® participated in the festivities at the 14th annual Race for the Rescues at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. The 10K, 5K and one mile dog race benefited the Rescue Train, which is a rescue in Southern California that works nonstop to save vulnerable animals in Los Angeles shelters.
While we seek to improve the lives of animals, we are also driven to support those who have done so much for us: our nation’s veterans. One of our favorite organizations is Pets for Vets. They help veterans by pairing them with a rescue dog deserving of a second chance. Heroes for Healthcare is an organization that we also support, that helps military personnel find a career in the healthcare industry.
Making our charitable presence felt through donations and alliances with organizations is something we are proud to do. We hope during this season of holiday giving you’ll do the same. Together we can make a better place for animals.
