At Boss Dog Brand we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our Boss Tactical Collars, Leashes and Harnesses. All these items are strength tested to withstand a certain amount of force (see product details page for more details).
Boss Tactical Product Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Materials & Workmanship
All products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including damage from chewing) that occur during normal use. If any seam, buckle, attachment D-ring, leash, collar, or harness Boss Clip, or patch fails during normal use, send us a photo and we'll issue a replacement accordingly.
Contact us at info@bossdogbrand.com to initiate the warranty process and send photos of the product in question (returning the product may not be necessary).
Do not discard flawed or broken products. We will need to see the product photos to determine if it is eligible for warranty.
Chewing: If you dog has chewed the webbing, handle, or buckle, don’t sweat it! See the loyalty warranty below.
Loyalty Warranty
Mistakes Happen - Your boss dog may be the smartest little angel ever to walk the earth, but even the best of them can chew something up from time to time. We're not going to judge them, or you!
If the little bundle of fluff chews through a Boss Tactical leash, collar or harness (within 10 days of purchasing), just send us a photo (in rare cases we'll need to have the damaged items returned to us) and we'll issue you a replacement at half price!

Our regulatory team works to determine the cause of the break or damage to the best of their ability based on our internal product testing and strength test parameters.
