Refund policy
We accept returns of all unopened and unused Boss Tactical products within 30 days of receiving your order, and will provide a shipping label for the return. Once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in ‘unopened and unused’ condition the refund will be issues less $10 for the return shipping fee and less a $15 restocking fee, to cover the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our perishable foods treats and supplements. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return or exchange, we're here to help! Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth process:
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to the wrong size or color, we’re happy to assist. A $15 restocking fee will be applied to help cover the costs associated with processing your exchange. Additionally, there is a $10 flat-rate outbound shipping fee to send the new item to you. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll promptly send out the replacement.
Returns
If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a warranty claim, a $15 restocking fee and a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund minus these applicable fees.
Lifetime Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a defect or issue covered under our lifetime warranty, please reach out to us directly. We’ll work with you one-on-one to resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible—no restocking or shipping fees apply for valid warranty claims.
We do not accept returns on any food treats supplements or consumable items. If you have an issue with any consumable item purchased please reach out to us and we will remedy the issue.
