Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders . We ship Monday through Friday via FEDEX, USPS or UPS, generally within 24-48 hours of your order.

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our facility in Seattle, Wa area. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe, so if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon in order to be received the next business day.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bossdogbrand.com, and we’ll try our best to track it down! With lost packages, we will provide you with store credit or a replacement product in lieu of a refund.
