Per Cup Daily: 2-5 lbs = 0.75 to 1.5 Cups

5-8 lbs = 1.5 to 2 Cups

8-12 lbs = 2 to 2.5 Cups

17+ lbs = Add + 0.5 cup per 2 lbs
